I’m sure most of you saw the terrible news from Miami Beach – two men in their early twenties who were in town for spring break allegedly drugged, raped, robbed, and a 24-year-old woman, Christine Englehardt left behind who was later found dead in her room. (Gateway Pundit has covered the case extensively.) One of these men, Evoire Collier, confessed to giving the victim a drug, according to a New York Post report.
The police are waiting for a coroner’s report to determine whether Englehardt died as a result of the pill, sexual assault, or some other cause. These tests could determine whether the two men currently charged with burglary, battery and sexual battery are also facing murder charges, police said.
This horrific crime takes place in the midst of a full blown attack on “white” people who are “supremacists” and “racists”. Can you imagine the tsunami in the media if the two attackers were Caucasian and the victim was a black woman? Why did most of the media shy away from reporting on the race of the victim and the race of the alleged perpetrators? The victim is a Caucasian and the men arrested for the crime are black. Is it racist to report this as a fact?

I don’t think skin color should be included in the presentation of the facts of a crime until there is evidence that the victim was targeted because of his skin color or ethnic heritage. In this case, the men are charged with battery, sexual battery and burglary. They are entitled to the presumption of innocence until they confess to the crimes or are convicted by a jury of their colleagues. Color blind justice should be the standard. Unfortunately there is a massive propaganda campaign to demonize so-called “white” people. But it goes beyond the simple question of race.
The media reaction to the identity of the Boulder Supermarket killer is telling. If you are a Syrian Muslim who has advocated radical Islamic memes in the past, the majority of the media will give you ID. He is not classified as “white” to aid white supremacy propaganda. One of the obvious criteria used to ignore the radical Islamic roots of the Boulder supermarket killer is that he held anti-Trump views. If only he wore a maga hat and called out about a stolen election, his race would be important to tell this story.
Beliefs that lead to action, not skin color, must be at the heart of our judicial system. And I’m talking about actions that actually cause harm to others. Thoughts or beliefs without an accompanying act are not criminal.
But the Biden administration is sending a very different and terrifying message to anyone who has supported Donald Trump or insists on questioning the results of the corrupt 2020 presidential election. Fortunately, Gateway Pundit is one of the few to document these outrageous abuses:

These are not isolated, disconnected actions. These cases represent a grotesque overreach of our judicial system. It is fundamentally unfair. These are the types of actions usually associated with an authoritarian dictatorship. When Vladimir Putin uses such techniques against Russian opponents of his government, the Democrats, Neo-Con Republicans and mainstream media go crazy. When the same methods are used against American citizens, grilling.
It is worth recalling Patty McMurray’s keen observation in her last post on Gateway Pundit:
In a classic attempt to divide and conquer society, the media and globalist politicians have accelerated racial divisions, largely non-existent less than a decade ago.
However, the current threat to the republic goes beyond using the accusation of racism as a club to threaten and intimidate law-abiding citizens. The heart of our First Amendment rights is at stake. I’ll go back to where I started this article – the arrest of two young men for a crime against a young woman. Evidence, not skin color, must be the determining factor in the justice of the victim and his family. As this case is handled, there will be another canary in the mine shaft to help us judge whether or not justice is still feasible in America.
