It was recently announced that Sabrina Soussan will take over the management of the dormakaba Group as the new CEO from April 1st. Your predecessor, Riet Cadonau, will in future concentrate on his role as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
Soussan has an impressive track record, particularly in terms of profitable growth and customer focus, and brings global automotive, mobility and building technology experience to the table.
In a statement posted on the company’s website, Soussan commented, “It is a great honor to introduce myself as the new CEO of dormakaba. On April 1st, I will take over this role from Riet Cadonau, who over the past ten years has made Dormakaba your partner for intelligent and secure access solutions around the world.
“I come to dormakaba from Siemens Mobility, where I was Co-CEO since 2017. Before that, I held various management positions in the areas of mobility, building technology and the automotive industry at Siemens over the past 20 years.
“I am an entrepreneur who is passionate about the contribution that industry in general can make to the challenges our societies face. I am excited to add value to our customers and partners around the world. And I am excited to use the possibilities made possible by digitization.
“I would like to thank you for your continued loyalty to our offer and our brand. I will work with my team and the entire Dormakaba family to ensure your loyalty is earned and focus on meeting your needs for secure, seamless and sustainable access solutions.
“I look forward to shaping the future of access with you.”
